For 1 business and 2 full users, before discounts and 7.5% VAT. The base is charged once per business, with one full user included; billing starts at two full users. Each additional full user costs ₦8,000 per month. Billed monthly, with a three-month initial commitment. Quarterly and annual payment upfront are also available. We’ll confirm the scope and final price with you before you start.

Guided includes everything in Standard, plus the help listed above. The base is charged once per business. A branch using your established setup within the agreed service has no automatic extra fee. Included support and scheduled training for new staff remain included.
A larger implementation, substantial migration, extensive configuration or extra continuing assistance may need a higher quote. Substantial additional implementation work or onsite visits may cost extra. We’ll agree this with you before the work begins.
Your quotation will show what the work covers, whether each charge is one-off or recurring, and its payment and discount terms. You accept the final amount before work begins. A one-off implementation or visit fee is separate from any agreed recurring charge for continuing assistance. We agree extra work before starting it, including during an existing engagement; no charges are applied retrospectively.
Business restructuring belongs under Advisory or separately agreed consulting. Extensive data cleanup, accounting reconciliation, major new workflows, custom development and major integrations are scoped and quoted separately.

Discuss your business
Tell us what you do, how your staff work and what you want to manage in 390. We’ll also discuss any records you already keep and the difficulties you want to address.

Agree what we’ll set up
We’ll identify the parts of 390 you need and agree where to begin. This includes the branches, departments, staff access and approval settings relevant to your setup.

Import your prepared records
We import the prepared records and opening balances you have approved, for the processes and branches agreed in your setup. We’ll agree the format with your team. Extensive cleanup or accounting reconciliation is scoped separately.

Set up staff access and approvals
We’ll help add the staff who need access, assign their roles and configure the agreed approval rules.

Train your staff
Training will use examples from your business so staff understand how to carry out their responsibilities in 390. We’ll agree the sessions, participants and training format with you.

Review the setup
On Guided, we check how people use the agreed workflows every quarter, identify configuration or training gaps and agree the next steps. For one-off assisted setup on Standard, we review the completed setup with you; further setup or training is quoted separately.

For one business and two full users, before discounts and 7.5% VAT. One person is included per business; the minimum charge is for two. Your Standard subscription is separate from this optional one-off fee.

Each additional full user costs ₦5,000 per month. Pay monthly, quarterly or annually. The 21-day trial covers the software; setup and consulting are separate. Branches have no separate subscription fee.
Advisory
Work with an operations consultant to review your business, define responsibilities, put processes in place and implement them in 390.
From ₦400,000 per business per month
Business base includes one full user. Additional full users are ₦12,000 each per month. Billed monthly, with a six-month initial commitment. Quarterly and annual payment upfront are also available. Prices exclude VAT. We agree the operations, branches and work covered before you subscribe. Your final price depends on that scope.
