What you get

Your specialist is one named person. They learn your products, your people and how work moves through the business, then set 390 up around that. When something changes later, you call the same person.
The scope and the dates are written down and agreed with you before any work starts, so you know what you are paying for.

A call about your business
What you sell, who does what, how work moves from an order to cash, and where it goes wrong today. Your goals, your departments, the people in each. You talk, we take notes.

Your setup, mapped out
From that call we agree what 390 will look like for you: which modules you need and which you don’t, how branches, departments and roles are arranged, and which workflow goes live first. We explain what each module does before it goes in.

Your business loaded in
Products, services, prices, customers, suppliers and staff, entered and checked. Opening stock and balances recorded, so the reports are right from the first day.

Your people invited
Everyone gets a login with the right role and permissions. Approval rules, policies and processes are written in, so the team follows the same steps.

Training, by role
Sessions for you, and separate sessions for each team, on your own records. Several calls rather than one, so questions get answered as they come up. Remote or on site.

Through the year
Your specialist stays with you: check-in calls, help when the next module is needed, and training for new staff as they join, long after the first sessions are done.
