The Information We Collect
Registration data
When you sign up to use 390, we may collect the information we ask you for, like your name, password, username, email address, date of birth, gender, business name, business address, business registration number, telephone number, payment and transaction information for billing purposes. We may also collect information you voluntarily provide us. If you connect to 390 using your Facebook or Gmail Credentials, you authorise us to collect your authentication information, such as your username, encrypted access credentials, and other information that may be available on or through your Facebook or Gmail account, including your name, email address, date of birth, gender and other information available on such a platform.
Usage, log data & cookies
When you use 390, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Information about your interaction with 390, including your search results, services opted for on 390;
- Technical data, which may include the URL you are coming from, your IP address, unique device ID, network and computer performance, browser type, language and operating system; and
- Location information. If you have connected your account to Facebook. We may use cookies and other technologies to collect this information. We may store this information for the purposes further explained in this privacy policy.
Other services
You may choose to integrate your account with third-party services besides Facebook (“Other Integrated Services”). If you do, we may receive, use and share the categories of information described above, including information made public on or through your account on such Other Integrated Service, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Children
For users in Nigeria, our service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16 years of age, do not use the Service and do not provide any personal information to us.
